Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort All Inclusive offers 468 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. Televisions come with cable channels. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

In-room wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Business-friendly amenities include desks and phones. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and irons/ironing boards. A nightly turn-down service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

11 outdoor swimming pools are on site along with a children's pool. Other recreational amenities include a private beach, a golf course, an outdoor tennis court, and a health club.

Ying Yang has 11 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, reflexology, and thalassotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna.

The spa is open daily. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.
